Electocharge has a one-second cooldown.Augment is no longer offered at multiple tiers.

When you upgrade to a three-star, gain a two-star copy. Grants a two-star copy of units that have been three-starred before acquiring the Draconic Augment. If you have exactly two copies of a champion on your board, they both gain 30/40 attack damage, ability power, armor, and magic resistance.

Ancient Archives (Gold/Prismatic): Gain one Tome of Traits and four gold at the Gold tier.
